Welcome Confirmation Class of 2010!
This past Sunday we celebrated the commitments of 15 students at our Confirmation Service. After completing the Disciple course, they chose to express their faith to family, friends, and community, and to join the church. I pray their hearts and minds will continue to be drawn closer to the Lord as they move forward from this time. The pictures above are from our team building time at Gretna Glen.

We split into groups of 7-8th graders and high school students for a time of small groups, study, conversation and activity around Matthew 5-6. May 30 and June 6:
We wrap up our study of Matthew 5-6 and conclude our Encounter program until the fall
*There is no Encounter on June 13
Deeper Bible Study: Moves to Sunday morningsSundays 10-11am in the Youth Room (Starts June 20)
Starting on June 20th, we're moving our Deeper Bible study to Sunday mornings. This is a more formal time of Bible study than our Encounter program. Students are expected to come and participate in discussion and study. Bring your own Bible!
Sunday Night Live
Sundays 6:30-8:30pm
SNL is a great way to wrap up your weekend and kick start your school week with fun and fellowship that centers on God's truth. Come out for games, snack, and conversation.
May 30: There is NO SNL
June 5: Meet in the gym for our last SNL of the school year!
June 13: No SNL, take a short break before our summer schedule starts
June 20: Meet at the McMurtrie's
June 27: Meet at the Evarts'

We're so so thrilled to welcome our little boy to the world! Although it's taken some adjustments to our sleep and sanity, all three of us have been doing well at home and look forward to introducing him to you all :) For the time being, here's a little video the proud daddy put together of his first week with us...Enjoy!
