We had an awesome weekend at the Pure Conference. We joined  with over a 100 students from local youth ministries to dig into God's holistic view of purity. Through worship, workshops and reflection, we had some deep processing of our soul, heart, mind, and actions...looking at how each level of who we are impacts the rest of us. Sunday morning we continued our weekend by bringing the same content to Encounter. We split the Jr and Sr High into separate groups then broke them down into smaller group to wrestle with questions and Scripture. God's call to purity is not simply "Don't have sex before you're married"...It starts first with our relationship to Him at our soul level, filters into the desires of our heart, translates into filling our mind with His truth...and then is ultimately evidenced by our actions.


 
All Night Bowling: Friday March 12th


Meet at Garden Spot Bowl from 11:45pm – 6am ($16)
Oh yeah, it’s back…all night bowling! This event is for both Jr and Sr Highers this time and you’re invited to spend the entire night glow bowling, snacking out,  and listening to great music. Will you be able to make it through the WHOLE night?? 

Fun Friday: Friday Mar 19th
(6:30-9:30pm)
The entire Grace Church family is invited out for a night of fellowship and fun focused on the winter Olympic games. Meet in the gym!

LOL DAY, Live Out Love: Sat Mar 20th
(1pm-4pm)
We show the love of Christ by serving the needs of others. Come join us as we look to connect with a couple local retirement centers, giving of our time and presence to those who deserve it. (Meet at church)

Messiah Youth Conference: Mar 27th
(7am-5:30pm)
This conference offers great worship, workshops and resources to help you as a student leader grow in Christ. Click here to see the workshops for adults, click here for students. 
Cost: $25 for students, $45 for adults. 

Chocolate Eggs Sale
Staring March 7th we’re selling peanut butter, coconut, mint and butter cream eggs to raise money for our summer service trip. Deadline for orders are March 21st and then we need help making them! Come out March 28-31 to make these delicious treats in the church kitchen! Order forms found at Youth Bulletin Board.
 
 










Dance: Sundays 5:15-6:30

Sara Habecker teaches girls how to express worship to God through the creative art of dance. Expert or beginner, you’re invited to grow! Meet in the gym.


Encounter: Sundays 10-11am (Youth Room) Connect everyday into the presence of Christ by exploring what it means to follow Him. We're looking at the Sermon on the Mount found in Matthew 5-7 in small groups and are hopeful about starting a Jr High class in the next month! Small breakfast snacks provided.
 

Parents of Youth Class: Sundays 10-11am
Come find the fellowship and support of other parents of teenagers with this Sunday school class lead by the Skellys. The class meets adjacent to the Youth Room in the Albright Room.


Disciple: Thursdays 6:30-8:30
This dynamic 12 week look at the Bible can’t be missed! Meet in the gym for dinner at 6:30 ($3 suggested donation) before diving into the story of God like never before. Dynamic teaching, small groups and activities allow you to wrestle with your questions about the basic elements of the Christian faith. *We've opened it up to ALL students 7-12th grade*


Sunday Night Live: Sundays 6:30-8:30pm (Gym)
SNL is a great way to wrap up your weekend and kick start your school week with fun and fellowship that centers on God’s truth.
